How to Raise a Complaint with Rickmuzik Concrete
Last updated: October 2026
Everyone who contacts Rickmuzik Concrete should be treated fairly. If something went wrong, we want to hear about it. This page explains how to file a complaint and what you can expect next. It is a general template and not legal advice.
Topics You Can Bring to Us
You are welcome to write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or messaged Rickmuzik Concrete
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If Your Concern Is About a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If you have a problem with work at your home, first raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Please tell us as well. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Be aware that Rickmuzik Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money you paid a provider or act for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@rickmuzik.monster and include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A short account of what happened and what outcome you want
After You Write
We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help with licensed contractors.
